If you have spent a lot of time on the internet this past year, you would know that Redbubble stickers are super in right now. You can put them on your laptop, your waterbottle (hyrdoflask, specifically) and really anywhere. Starting with the “vsco girls” doing it it has now spread to basically every teen girl. They are super cute, trendy and can really describe your personality based on the stickers you chose. The only drawback is… they can be expensive af. I have spent a lot of time looking for a strategy to get stickers for free/discounted, because let’s be real here; no one wants to spend five whole dollars per sticker. I have found an easy and effective method that you can use and I am here to share it today, let’s get started!
Step 1: Design your sticker(s)
The first step is to design your sticker. I personally like to use either Picmonkey or Phonto (phonto can only be used on IOS)
You will need to chose a transparent backround and start designing. A lot of girls like stickers with quotes or sayings on them, so maybe you chose a cute font and write out one of your favorite sayings. Here is an example of one I designed:
Note: Make the proportions 2800×2800 for best quality
Step 2: Export your sticker as a png file
Export this transparent background sticker as a png and save to your computer.
Step 3: Set up a Redbubble seller account
Set up a Redbubble account as a seller. Connect your paypal that links to your bank or card and fill out your details.
Step 4: Export it into Redbubble and prepare for selling
Remember the sticker file that you saved? Now is the time you bring that out. You are going to want to upload that file through the “add new work button underneath your profile drop down.
Step 5: Upload work
Chose the sticker file and upload it into redbubble. You will want to chose the “sticker” option and make sure the sizing is right. When done, check all of the agreement boxes and publish it.
Step 6: Buy your work!
Create a new Redbubble account and find the sticker you just published. Go ahead and fill out your info and buy that sticker, this way you will earn the money right back since you are the seller and make profit out of each of your stickers bought. Do the same with any other stickers you make, and ta-da, you now have an custom sticker collection for free!
