Happy #Blogmas Day 13! I was recently in Portland, Oregon for a fun holiday trip. I spent a lot of time exploring the city and getting into the holiday spirit. This led me to think, why not do a blog post about places to see on your first visit? Being there is so much to do and see in PDX, it can easily get super overwhelming for first time visitors. Here are some key aspects in the city that first time visitors can be sure to stop by and enjoy.
1. The city’s water front.
Portland has a beautiful waterfront with plenty of walking trails to enjoy your morning run, and the beautiful Kimpton Riverplace Hotel to enjoy a nice breakfast by the water.
3. Coffee Houses
One of the many things PDX is known for is there amazing coffee. The City offers so many different places to enjoy your morning cup of java. One of my personal favorites is Case Study Coffee in Portland’s popular Pearl District. The atmosphere is so trendy and perfect for instagram photos! Definitely recommend for first time and returning visitors.
