Hi guys! As you know, June is coming up and that means it is time to present to you all my June ‘to be read,’ also known as books I plan on reading in June. Now I normally just read what I am in the mood for, but I also like to have a plan so that I can keep up with all the books I want to get to reading. Summer is coming, so that means it is time for a lot of summer reads and new releases! Keep reading to learn about the books I want to read in June, and maybe get some ideas for your own TBR!
My Normal Reading Schedule
All readers are different in the way they read and how fast they read. I normally read about 2 books a week, depending on the size of the book and how much I am enjoying it. For example, if I were to read only Magic Treehouse books for a week, I might read about ten books. If I were to read an Inkheart book, which are huge, I might read one a week. But for the average sized book I read about 2 a week, so I am basing my TBR on that.
1. She Loves You
I first found this on Goodreads and recognized the title as The Beatles’s song, after doing some research I found out in is set in the 60’s where The Beatles were popular. Thats all I needed to know before I decided I wanted to read it. It comes on in late June sometime.
2. Winnie The Pooh
For some reason I have always assumed that I have read this, but now that I think about it I don’t think I have! Or maybe, I did but I just don’t remember it. Either way I am going to try to read this next month!
3. The Magic Misfits
I thought it was cool that Neil Patrick Harris wrote this, so I thought I would give it a shot!
4. Ace of Shades
Everyone has been talking about this book, so I decided to jump on the bandwagon and read it!
Again, just like Winnie The Pooh, I thought I had read this, but I don’t think I actually ever did. I have read a lot of Roald Dahl books, so I decided to read this as well! It will also be fun to watch the movie after I read this!
6. Wonder Woman Warbringer
I am debating on whether or not to read this because I don’t really know anything about it and whether or not the content is okay for me to be reading. I thought I would include it in here either way though.
7. The Hazel Wood
I started reading this a while ago but didn’t get the chance to finish it, so I want to finish it in June.
8. The Doldrums
I don’t know really anything about this other than the fact that it has a cute cover!
Thats it! I hope you enjoyed reading about the books I want to read next month, and also got some ideas soon which books you want to read next month! Thanks for reading!
